What is Design Build?
In a traditional design and build setting, you would have to hire an architect and an electrical contractor. The next step would be to put the entire project to bid to a general contractor, and then wait for the general contractor to take at least three bids for each specialty, where the cheapest guys win for each piece of the work. This is time consuming and expensive.
The Design Build Difference
The process is much simpler! You, or your architect, design the job. The next step is when we come in and engineer the entire project. Our design is complete to code, and uses top-quality materials, but we do not “over-engineer.” We will build your project for a set price. There will be no change orders because it is our design. The result is a savings to you of 30% – 40% over the traditional process.
